What does energy transition mean?
The energy transition refers to the shift towards fossil-free, renewable, and carbon-neutral electricity production. The goal of the energy transition is to replace fossil fuels with, for example, electricity, bio-fuels, and synthetic fuels, covering everything from heating and machinery to transportation and industrial processes.

The energy transition education at Tampere University is the first of its kind in Finland. Since the energy transition affects every area of technology, the studies not only focus on electrical energy systems but also cover a wide range of other technological fields.

Student overall advertisement
The most visible and common form of corporate collaboration is overalls sponsorship. We offer companies the opportunity to advertise themselves on the energy transition students' overalls, where they will remain visible throughout the entire duration of each student class's studies.
Business visits
Energiamurroskilta organizes company visits, or excursions, where students have the opportunity to get to know companies in the field. During the visits, companies have the chance to present their operations to future employees in the industry.
Anniversary celebration
Businesses have the opportunity to sponsor the guild's anniversary events, for example, by gaining visibility at the event and in the program, as well as with their own songs. In addition, company representatives will have the chance to attend the anniversary celebration themselves!
